More pumpkins

Other Daughter sent pictures of her carvings. However, to be fair, she confessed to using templates. Still, they're cool. Haven't seen the second one my son promised, but with an infant in the house, things often get busy.

Today, I'll be joining a large group of Central Florida authors at "Romancing the Holidays", a book signing event sponsored by Barnes and Noble to raise money for the Adult Literacy League. Any of you in the neighborhood, drop by the Altamonte Mall from 2-5 PM today. There are bags loaded with books and other good stuff for the first 75 customers. Check the CFRW website or mine (under Find Me) for details.

Yeah, those're pretty cool too. Carving pumpkins here are tiny, so I didn't have too many options. :)

Thanks, Ray. Our kids were brought up with cameras, so I'm not suprised they're handy with them. Our son is very much the photographer. He did my website head shot.

I have two brothers who were photographers in Army Intel and a daughter who is an artist who is just as good at composition as they are.

One of my brothers took a picture of a diesel tank on stilts, the snow covered field and the moon. It looked like a painting. He took a picture of a toy truck and some other props on salt covered sketch paper that looked like it was a real truck on snow.

I just wish I had that kind of talent. I took photography in high school, but that was more than 45 years ago.

You have a very talented family.
