Last week my son and the Hubster went to Florida, to the Everglades National Park. Jason was leading a photo safari, and Hubster went along to pick up some pointers. He's graciously agreed to share some of his pictures this week. The pictures come from Shark Valley and Anhinga Trail.
I've been to the Everglades. It always sort of creeps me out a little bit. These photos are wonderful. I especially like the one with the mangroves reflecting in the water.
ReplyDeleteThe photos are beautiful. I especially like the butterfly. Thanks for sharing.

Wow, what great pictures. Hard to pick a favorite, but I do like the hawk with it's beak open. Neat detail.
ReplyDeleteDan you did GREAT.

That's beautiful! Looks like ya'll had a wonderful time... and maybe came home with some new settings for your stories?
ReplyDeleteWe had a great time, learned a few things, ate fresh seafood, drank mango-key lime shakes at Robert Is Here. Many great photos and it was hard to pick just a few. Next bonding trip is to South Dakota badlands in June.
ReplyDeleteOh, these are amazing. Looks like an incredible trip!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comments, everyone. I didn't get to go on that trip, but Hubster and Jason will share pictures (and I did live not too far from there for over 10 years, so I've seen the place.)
ReplyDeleteLovely! So much beauty in nature - even when it's a little scary! :)
